When you contact us, request a quotation or book work, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, property address or postcode, service required, appointment details and the information you provide about the job. If work is carried out, we may also keep quotations, invoices, payment records and correspondence.

The website may collect technical information including IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, referring website and session information. The contact form includes a hidden anti-spam field. It sends the details you enter to our business email address; the website does not intentionally add those form details to Google Analytics.

3. How and why we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange visits, assess a property, prepare quotations and contracts, provide plumbing and heating services, communicate about work, take payment, issue invoices, maintain business and tax records, protect the website from misuse and understand how the website performs. For qualifying installations, we may also use it to register products or installations, arrange deposit protection or insurance-backed guarantees, make competent-person or network notifications, and administer complaints or dispute resolution.

Analytics retention is controlled through the Google Analytics property settings and should be confirmed by Anton before this policy is finalised.
