It’s never fun when your boiler breaks down. Our gas boiler engineers are fully accredited to help you get your boiler up and running. If the boiler has reached the end of its life or is not repairable due to unavailability of spare parts or the repair being too expensive, our engineers will advise you on your alternative options.
Boiler replacement – New boiler installation
If you need a new boiler installed or you need the boiler replaced Anton Plumbing & Heating is here to help you.
We offer 10-year manufacturer warranty on Worcester Bosch and Baxi boilers. When you contact us, we will need to pop in to check the boiler location, gas pipe size, condensation disposal, pressure relief, and boiler flue location, check the hot water cylinder, loft tanks.
We will ask you of preferable location for the smart thermostat.
Then we will send you the quotation and we can offer next day installation of the new gas boiler.
Boiler service / Annual service
Boiler service or annual service is required to keep the manufacturer warranty valid. All the manufacturers of gas boilers like Baxi, Ideal, Worcester Bosch, and Vaillant, will cover your boiler with up to 10 years of manufacturer warranty, but you need to get your boiler checked every 12 months.
An annual service will start with a visual check to ensure that the boiler and associated pipework is installed and positioned correctly. The gas engineer will check that the boiler is operating correctly and identify any initial problems. We will remove the boiler casing to check the components and search for any leak or blockage and check the boiler is working safely and efficiently.
We will do a gas tightness test to check if you haven’t got any gas leaks.
New Boiler Installation
What is the cost of new boiler installation or boiler replacement
The estimated price: £3182.70 + VAT
EXAMPLE: At the 3 bedroom property with one bathroom is currently installed regular boiler ( 15 years old ), in the loft are water storage tanks, a low-pressure hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard, 7 radiators and one towel rail radiator in the bathroom.
Recommended option – Combi boiler
By installing a combi boiler, we will remove from the loft the water tanks and from the airing cupboard the hot water cylinder, which giving you more storage space in the house. By choosing Combi boiler you saving money on the gas bill as the boiler heating the hot water instantly, so do not need to reheat the water which is stored in the hot water cylinder.
